About us
Vision
We believe innovative technology scale-ups create immense value for their industries, their communities, for society, and for the cities in which they operate. To achieve this potential, their brands need to be brought to life in the minds of the audiences they wish to serve. Marketing creates the moments where these stories can be told. Doing so builds business value and growth.
Our vision is to work with talented, wonderful people to produce great work we are proud of. Work underpinned by a strategy that will build brand awareness, drive growth and deliver success. We do this hard work guided by our values so that the hard-working B2B leaders we support can enjoy their journey to a successful exit.
Mission
We breathe life into, innovative B2B tech brands, driving greater business value and supporting their journey to a successful exit.
Our Values
EXECUTIONAL EMPATHY
We are generous and lead with empathy, to craft marketing strategies we are proud of that will inspire the audiences we wish to serve. This isn’t about putting ourselves in your shoes – otherwise we’d make the decisions we would make. This is about understanding your journey and recognising that at that moment, in that situation, we would have made the same one.
APPLIED EXPERTISE
We are proud of the knowledge we have built up over our careers and share this freely with our clients, colleagues and partners. However, we never BS. If we don’t know the answer, we will tell you. And we will then find someone within our network who does.
CONNECTED CRAFTSMANSHIP
We are thinkers and we are doers. One cannot be successful without the other. But we apply critical thinking first, connecting the dots between ideas. And then we act, with discernment. And we always act in a manner that is in the best interests of our clients. Integrity, trust, and reliable execution are paramount.
COMPASSIONATE CANDOUR
We will always be open and honest in our opinions, but these will be grounded in a compassionate understanding of your unique situation. This isn’t ‘radical candour’. And it’s not about always agreeing. But it is about agreeableness. Being contrary is easy. Agreeableness is having a contrary position but being pleasant about it.
ARTISTIC PASSION
We care. About the work, our clients and each other. We approach our work like artists and strive to be agents of positive change. We believe in the emotional labour, hard work and time necessary to achieve greatness. No shortcuts.
